Breakfast Smoothie

You can go to the Smoothie King or Jamba Juice or just throw some stuff in your own blender and there you go! The number of combination to this are basically infinitesimal. I usually keep frozen peaches, pineapples, blueberries, cherries and a bag of mixed fruit. If I don't have a banana then I forgo it. If I have a flavored nonfat yogurt I might use it. Try your own variation. Surprisingly simple and delicious.

1/2 cup Frozen mixed fruits
1 small banana
3/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
ice cubes
1/2 cup water or orange juice

Blend all but water or orange juice. Add liquid as needed to get desired consistency.
