15oz can pumpkin
1 pkg. fat-free sugar-free vanilla pudding
1 c. skim milk
8 oz. container fat free Cool Whip
2 tsp. pumpkin spice
Using a mixer, blend pumpkin with dry pudding mix and milk. Fold in Cool Whip. Chill.
