3-6 oz jars artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
3/4 c mayo
1/2 c grated mozzarella
1/4 c Parmesan cheese (fresh is best!)
minced garlic
French Bread, cut into chunks
Preheat overn to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients except bread in 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake 30 minutes. Serve with bread for dipping. Yield: 3 cups
