Mexican Rice

1 cup rice
1 can mexican style tomatoes or rotel tomatoes
1 teaspoon taco seasoning
water

Add water to the tomatoes to equal 2 cups and bring to a boil. Add Rice and taco seasoning to liquid and return to boil. Cover and turn off heat and let sit for 10 minutes. Stir and serve.
